Dr. Raja Ataya

Dr. Raja Ataya, a native of Lebanon, moved to Beaumont in 1984, where he made it his home and started his first pediatric practice. Dr. Ataya was certified by the American Medical Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. We are honored to continue his legacy in serving the community that he loved and cared for so much. 


Dr. Raja Ataya was the three-time UTMB Medical Branch Top Doc Award winner, and he successfully expanded his practice beyond pediatrics. Today, his office is a real family affair. In 2014, his daughter, Dr. Ramona Ataya-Dakour and son-in-law, Dr. Ramzi Dakour, joined the practice.
